Training at last

After close to 4 weeks of almost no running I am finally back to regular training. Things definitly don't feel like they did two months ago but that is to be expected. I did a pretty good job of crosstraining during my injury so getting back to where I was shouldn't take very long. After this Sunday's steady run I will have completed 5 workouts in 8 days. None were the quality or intensity of a full blown track workout but all the work combined will get me going in no time. I am really excited about the next three weeks preparing for what will hopefully be my first race of the year. I will just keep focusing on the process!
